Meeting called to order at
Motion made Chris Ebbert , seconded Everett Yerbic to disband the Canton Bowling Association. Motion passed unanimously by a show of hands.
Discussion of USBC bylaws and elements membership may vote on.
Jerry Padawon made a motion to adopt the bylaws for the Fulton County USBC Bowling Association as presented. Seconded by Bill Haile. Motion passed unanimously by a show of hands.
Garrot Lawson, Chairman of the nominating committee opened up the floor for nominations for the office of President.

Nomination committee announced Jerry Padawon was the President. 2 year term.
Nomination was opened for First Vice-President.
Nominated: Chris Ebbert
Being no other nominees, nomination for First Vice-President were closed. A show of hands affirmed Chris Ebbert as the First Vice-President. 1 year term.
Nomination was opened for Second Vice-President.
Nominated: Gus Howell
Being no other nominations, nomination for First Vice-President were closed. A show of hands affirmed Gus Howell as the Second Vice-President. 2 year term.
